Ethanol vs Food

USDA Says Ethanol Accounts for Only 3% of Increased Cost of Food : Gas 2.0
While it kills me to pay for it, I am sort of perversely happy that fuel costs so much. It seems like it was the only thing that would make people sit up and take notice. I am not perversely happy that food is expensive, that would be perverse.
